1. Scope and Binding Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Xhjili online gambling platform, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, and associated services (the Platform). By opening an account, placing bets, making deposits, or withdrawing funds, you confirm understanding and acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. The Company may update these Terms from time to time, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Bookmaker's office" refers to the operator providing the betting service, hereinafter the Company.
- "Client" means an individual who participates in gambling activities on the Platform.
- "Interactive bets" are bets placed electronically through the Platform using any permitted electronic medium.
- "Line" denotes a set of events, outcomes, and corresponding odds provided for betting.
- "Outcome" is the result of an event on which a bet is placed.
- "Bet" is a contractual agreement by the Client to accept one or more outcomes on the Line, subject to these Terms.
- "Real money" or "funds" means currency balances held on the Client’s Platform account.
- "Bonus" or "Freebet" includes promotional funds credited to the Client’s bonus balance under a promotion program.
- "Prematch" and "Live" refer to bets placed before an event starts and bets placed during an event, respectively.
3. Eligibility and Age
Only individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and who have full legal capacity may access or use the Platform. The Company reserves the right to verify age and identity in accordance with applicable law and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail such verification.
4. Account Registration and Information
To create an account, the Client must provide accurate information, including a valid email address, full legal name, and a secure password. The Client may select a currency from the available options for deposits and withdrawals. If a promo code is present, the Client may enter it during registration or in the Promotions section. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity conducted through the account.
5. Identity, Verification and Compliance
The Company may request documentation to verify identity, age, and residence. Documentation may include government-issued ID, proof of address, and other information necessary to comply with anti‑money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations or other applicable laws. The Company may suspend or restrict use of the Platform pending verification. The Client warrants that information provided is complete and accurate and agrees to update information as required.
6. Payments, Deposits, and Currencies
The Client may deposit funds using the payment methods offered by the Company. Deposits are converted into the Client’s chosen currency for balance maintenance. The Platform displays deposit and withdrawal limits, processing times, and any applicable fees. Withdrawals are payable only to the same payment method used for the deposit unless the Company otherwise approves. The Client understands that processing times may vary by method and jurisdiction, and that certain verifications may be required prior to withdrawal.
7. Betting Rules and Settlement
The Rules of Acceptance of Interactive Bets and Payment of Winnings govern all bets. Bets are settled based on the official results published by the event organizer or an agreed-upon source, as specified in the Line. The Client may place Prematch or Live bets in accordance with these Terms. The Principal bet types offered include:
- Single — a bet on a single outcome. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the applicable odds.
- Express — a bet on multiple independent outcomes. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the product of the odds for all included outcomes. A single failed outcome cancels the entire Express. The maximum number of events in an Express is twenty (20).
- System — a bet on a complete set of combinations from a selected number of events. Winnings equal the sum of the winnings of included Expresses. The maximum number of variants is defined by the system configuration and the maximum number of events is sixteen (16).
The Platform also offers:
- Handicap bets, including Asian Handicap where applicable, with outcomes determined by adjusting the final result by the handicap value.
- Totals (less/greater than thresholds), including per-team or per-player totals.
- Bet Redemption — the option to secure winnings before the final result is determined, subject to bet type and platform rules.
- Quick Bet — one-click placement on the selected odds where supported.
- Winning Mode — an automated calculation to achieve a target payout, available for specified bet types.
Cancellation of an interactive bet is permitted where the bet is deemed non-concluded, in which case the stake is refunded. A bet placed within a chain or under promotional terms may follow separate rules as described in the Promotions and Promotions Rules.
8. Promotions, Bonuses, and Freebets
Promotional funds may be credited to the Client’s bonus balance. Freebets may be applied to eligible bets, subject to a maximum coefficient (for example, up to a multiple of 3). Net winnings derived from bets funded by a bonus, after deduction of the bonus amount, may be credited to the Client’s main balance. If a bet placed with a bonus has a coefficient of 1, the bonus may be returned to the bonus balance for reuse as specified in the promotion terms. Promotions are subject to timing, wagering requirements, and eligibility criteria published in the Promotions section and are limited to bets on allowable events.
9. Winnings, Settlements, and Withdrawals
Winnings are calculated in accordance with the settled outcome. The Company reserves the right to adjust winnings in the event of bets settled incorrectly due to system or event errors. Withdrawals are processed in line with the applicable payment method’s terms, and the Client may be required to verify ownership of the withdrawal destination. Fees, processing times, and minimum/maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and jurisdiction.
10. Disputes, Errors, and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from a bet, settlement, or withdrawal must be raised within a reasonable period after the relevant event or transaction. The Company will investigate and provide a reasoned determination. In the absence of a specific agreed mechanism, disputes are resolved in accordance with the governing law set forth in these Terms and the jurisdiction specified by the Company for the Platform.
11. Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform. The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Company’s Privacy and Data Protection policies. By using the Platform, the Client consents to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data for the purposes of providing services, complying with legal obligations, and assessing risk. The Client may exercise rights afforded under applicable data protection laws, including access, correction, and deletion requests where permissible.
13. AML/CFT and Compliance
The Client agrees to comply with applicable anti‑money laundering and related regulations. The Company may monitor transactions, request documentation, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities consistent with applicable law. The Company may suspend or terminate the Client’s access if reporting requirements or risk controls are triggered.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including software, design, text, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Client may use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
15. Changes to the Terms
The Company may revise these Terms at its discretion. Material changes will be communicated to the Client through the Platform or other approved channels. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
16. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure
The Company may suspend or terminate an account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk concerns. The Client may request closing of the account, subject to settling all outstanding bets and liabilities. Upon termination, funds in the Client’s balance may be withdrawn in accordance with these Terms and any applicable restrictions.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and all disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
