Scope and interpretation
These Bonus Rules govern all bonus offers available on Xhjili and form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. They apply to all players participating in promotions. In the event of any conflict, the terms attached to the individual promotion shall prevail over these general rules.
Eligibility and deposit requirements
Bonuses are available to players who hold a verified Xhjili account and have made at least one qualifying deposit, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Some jurisdictions may have restrictions on certain offers. Players may opt out of promotions at any time by contacting Customer Support.
How to claim and activation
Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance once the applicable offer conditions are met. If a promotion does not appear automatically, players must contact Customer Support before wagering to obtain manual credit. The Bonus Balance is distinct from the Real Balance and is used to satisfy wagering requirements.
Bonus types and maximum awards
- Deposit bonus: a percentage match up to a specified cap, with a minimum deposit requirement. Example: 100% up to €100; minimum deposit €10.
- No deposit bonus: a promotional bonus granted without a deposit, subject to withdrawal caps.
- Free spins: awarded with or without a deposit offer; winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements and caps.
Wagering requirements and conversion to redeem points
Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. Deposit bonuses typically require a wagering of 30 times the combined deposit and bonus amount. If the total bonus available exceeds the deposit, the bonus portion may incur a higher wagering requirement, commonly 60 times. The system converts wagering obligations into bonus redeem points displayed in your account. Redeem points are earned by wagering according to the defined conversion rates and displayed as Points to Redeem in the Bonus section.
Bet sizing during wagering
While a bonus is active, the maximum permissible bet per spin or round is 10% of the original or credited bonus amount, or a fixed cap such as €5, whichever is lower. Breach of this limit may void winnings and suspend wagering on the affected bonus.
Game contributions to wagering
Games contribute differently to wagering requirements: Slots count at 100%; non-slot and non-scratch games typically contribute at 10%; Crash style games contribute at 20%. Some games may be excluded from wagering; refer to the individual offer terms for exact inclusions and exclusions.
Balance interaction and withdrawals
Winnings generated while using bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance until wagering requirements are met. If a bet uses both Real Balance and Bonus Balance, any winnings are added to the Bonus Balance. Once wagering requirements are fulfilled, funds may be transferred to the Real Balance subject to applicable withdrawal rules. A bonus can be cancelled by the player or by support; upon cancellation, wagering progress is forfeited and any remaining bonus funds may be removed.
Free spins terms
Free spins do not deduct from the Real Balance and are subject to wagering requirements and promotional caps. Free spins have expiration periods defined in the individual offer and may be withdrawn or forfeited if wagering conditions are not met within the specified timeframe. Winnings from free spins are counted toward the overall bonus wagering requirements and may be capped per offer.
Time limits and expiry
Bonuses and free spins carry defined validity periods. If wagering requirements are not met within the period, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled. Pending bonuses remain available until wagering is completed or the offer expires.
No deposit bonuses and withdrawal caps
No deposit offers may impose win caps, for example up to a defined amount or a multiple of the bonus. Withdrawals involving no deposit winnings may require a minimum deposit before funds can be withdrawn. Winnings above the cap are removed.
Irregular play and bonus abuse
Xhjili maintains a zero tolerance policy for irregular play and bonus abuse. The casino reserves the right to revoke bonuses, void winnings, suspend accounts, or confiscate funds if it detects abusive behavior. Abnormal patterns include delaying wagering, hedging bets, exploiting software defects, multi-account activity, or using strategies aimed at defeating wagering requirements.
Promotion cancellations and modifications
Xhjili reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without prior notice. Cancellations do not affect any awards already redeemed. If a misconfiguration or technical error occurs, the promotion may be corrected or the affected winnings may be adjusted accordingly.
General compliance and support
All bonus terms are subject to the same overarching Terms and Conditions of Use. The casino may request identity or payment data to verify eligibility or to process withdrawals related to bonuses.
