-

-
Event/Market: An individual sporting event or a defined market within a match for which bets may be placed.
-
Prematch Bet: A bet placed before the start of an event; Live Bet: A bet placed during the event while it is in progress.
-
Stake: The amount wagered by the Client.
Eligibility and Account Access
-
Only individuals who have attained the age of majority in their jurisdiction (not less than 18 years, where applicable) may place bets with Xhjili.
-
Xhjili may suspend, limit, or close accounts where prohibited by law, or where the individual engages in activities that breach these Rules or undermine fair play.
-
The Company may block accounts suspected of automated or abnormal betting activity or other prohibited conduct.
Bet Acceptance and Validity
-
Bets are accepted on the valid Line shown at bet acceptance; bets are deemed accepted when recorded by the betting system.
-
Bets are generally accepted prior to the start of the event; Live bets are accepted for events in progress unless otherwise stated in the market description.
-
All disputes must be raised within 30 days from the end of the event; after this period, disputes may be declined unless the Company otherwise determines.
-
Changes to the Line, including odds, handicaps, and maximum bet limits, may be made at any time; bets placed before such changes retain the original terms.
-
The maximum and minimum bet amounts are determined by Xhjili for each event and for each market, and are subject to change without prior notice.
-
A bet on an event whose outcome is already known at bet acceptance is void and must be returned.
Live Betting
-
Live bets are settled based on results published by official sources at the conclusion of the event; odds fluctuate in real time and may be adjusted before bet acceptance.
-
Where a result is decided during the event, Live bets on non‑competing participants may be void unless the market specifies otherwise.
-
Claims for Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start.
-
If a match is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of starting, bets on undecided outcomes may be void; settled outcomes will be paid or void according to the official result.
Promotions and Bonus Balances
-
Clients hold two balances: real balance and bonus balance; real funds are used for bet placement before any bonus funds, in accordance with applicable wagering terms.
-
Bets placed from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements; bonus funds may be forfeited if terms are breached or if misuse occurs.
-
It is prohibited to place bets on more than one outcome within the same market for a single event when a bonus is active; violation may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
Bet Types and Market Settlements
-
Single Bet: A bet on a single outcome; payout equals stake multiplied by the odds.
-
Multiple (Accumulator): A bet on multiple independent outcomes; all selections must win; payout equals the product of the odds of all selections.
-
System Bet: A collection of multiple bets on a defined set of outcomes; each contained bet is settled separately; total payout equals the sum of individual bet payouts.
-
Conditional Bet: A chain of bets where only the first leg is paid, with the remainder potentially funded from the winnings; bets on related events are prohibited; if the main part loses, all Conditional bets are void.
-
Handicap: A market applying a virtual advantage to equalize chances; settlement depends on the adjusted final result; a draw after handicap results in odds of 1.00.
-
Total (Over/Under): Predict the total number of goals/points; settlement based on the actual total; if the result equals the quoted total, bets settle at odds of 1.00.
-
Correct Score: Predict the exact final score; HT-FT: predict half‑time and full‑time scores.
-
Time Interval Bets: Bets on outcomes within specific time windows during a match.
-
To Qualify and Outright Markets: Bets on participants to reach the next round or win a tournament; Play‑or‑Pay applies to outright markets; head‑to‑head markets may be exempt from this rule.
Settlement and Postponements
-
If an event is postponed or abandoned, settlements are determined by the official outcome when the event concludes, or as otherwise stated in the market terms; if the event is not resumed within a defined period (commonly 48 hours), undecided markets may be voided and stakes refunded, unless market terms state otherwise.
-
In events with multiple legs, settlements apply to markets affected by postponement or abandonment on the legs that are still valid; other markets may be voided as required by the market rules.
-
Outright markets are subject to the Play‑or‑Pay rule: bets on listed participants stand even if a participant cannot take part, and are settled as losses where applicable; head‑to‑head markets are excluded from this rule.
-
In the event of force majeure or material rule changes, Xhjili reserves the right to void or settle bets consistent with official outcomes rendered by governing bodies.
Integrity and Compliance
-
Xhjili reserves the right to void or suspend bets, and to block or restrict accounts where fraud, manipulation, or attempts to evade limits are detected or suspected.
-
Decisions by official adjudicators or VAR that conflict with on‑pitch decisions may require re‑settlement or voiding of affected bets, subject to the terms in force at bet acceptance.
-
Xhjili may refuse bets from individuals under age or otherwise prohibited by applicable law, or from individuals with affiliations to events or organizing bodies; automated betting activity may be blocked.
Rounding, Timelines, and Dispute Handling
-
Odds are displayed with two decimal places; total odds are calculated with a sixth‑decimal precision; total winnings are truncated to two decimal places.
-
The maximum interval between bet settlement and potential re‑settlement is 30 days.
-
Disputes concerning settled bets must be raised within 30 days of settlement; otherwise, disputes may be deemed time‑barred.
Technical and Data Accuracy
-
Xhjili relies on official data feeds for event information; however, it is not responsible for typographical errors or misreporting in odds or results; clients should promptly review bet confirmations.
